Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be slightly longer during high order volume periods such as sales, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are typically:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package during transit.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Standard Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, The Standard Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Custom & Bulk Orders
Custom and bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on design approval and order quantity. Customers will be notified of estimated production and shipping timelines when their order is confirmed.
